Just some junk and a face

So, this is a sketch of a set of junk items one could find in an art room, or perhaps a crafting room. I like how it turned out even though it's definitely not perfect. Partly, the blame lies with the source image being too small and me not being able to see the wrapped box well enough. I did not know where the details were and so I had to improvise a little bit. Despite that, I think it didn't turn out too bad. For a sketch that is. It was drawn on an A6 format with a regular pencil. And with a lot of help from a kneaded eraser. Tell me what you think?

Okay, this one is photographed wrong. Just wrong. When I compare it to the real thing, this one's chin is too long. I don't know how I managed to do that, but at the same time, I was too lazy to photograph it again. And yes, if you haven't noticed, I photograph my drawings instead of scanning them. I find that it's faster. Especially as I can just upload it from my phone to google photos and then directly insert it here.
This picture was also done on an A6 format and with the same regular pencil. It was done in two steps. The first one had me finishing most of the face, while the second one focused on the neck, hair, and some details I missed in step one. For some reason, the end result seems like ti's really good while at the same time, it seems really really bad. Most of the bad vibes come from the chin looking too long in the photo. Trust me, the real deal looks quite a bit better. Still, I would like to know if you like it and if you don't, I would like to know why. Though, please, keep it civil. At least a little bit. Okay?
