Trees! In Acrylics!

Acrylics. On mixed media paper. And I'm damn proud of this one. I was watching a Yong Chen video while painting it. The same thing as he was drawing. He did it in soft pastels, I went for acrylics. I liked the subject but wanted to paint. So I did it. I painted it. And I love the result. So tell me what you think okay?

A bottle

 

I got inspired by Yong Chen on youtube again. A bottle. Just a sketch but I was mainly focusing on the correct placement of the shading. I don't think it's too bad for a quick sketch.

Curly hair

 I got inspired by Yong Chen on youtube. Again. I love his videos. They are very informative when it comes to drawing techniques. And they are very easy to follow. He did it in charcoal, I did it in pencil with a little bit of help from a white gel pen. What do you think?
